At MTS, we’re committed to dispatching your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information on how we handle deliveries for our B2B credit account customers.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch most orders on the same working day if placed before 12:00–13:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, same-day dispatch is subject to:
Courier collection schedules
Vehicle space availability
Order size and complexity
Stock availability
Orders placed after the cut-off time or during busy periods may be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Methods
Northern Ireland
All palletised orders within Northern Ireland are shipped via Express Freight, typically delivered next working day (not guaranteed).
Republic of Ireland (ROI)
Carton/Parcel Orders
Standard parcels to ROI are shipped via DPD, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–2 working days.Pallet Orders
Palletised deliveries to ROI are handled differently:Dispatched from MTS via Express Freight
Then passed to a third-party ROI courier (JMC) for final delivery
Due to this multi-leg handover process, ROI pallet deliveries can exceed 1–2 working days and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Carriage Charges
Orders over £150.00 (ex. VAT) – Delivered carriage paid (standard parcel delivery only)
Orders under £150.00 (ex. VAT) – Subject to a £7.99 standard delivery charge (delivery charges subject to change)
Please note: These charges apply to parcel deliveries only. Pallet deliveries follow different guidelines.
Large or Bulky Items
Products such as table saws, mitre saws, generators, and workshop machinery require pallet delivery and are not included in standard carriage-paid terms.
A pallet delivery charge will apply, based on destination and load size
Charges will be communicated after your order is placed
Alternatively, you can request a quote in advance by contacting your MTS account manager
We strongly recommend getting in touch before placing an order for larger items if you need clarity on delivery costs.
